I really want to make this summer great, full of fun experiences to create memories that’ll last forever so I’ve come up with a short bucket list of what I want to do this summer. I’d love to hear about what would be on your summer bucket list so leave me a comment to let me know.
Get back into fitness
I’ve really let my fitness slip over the past few months so I need to put a lot of effort into getting back into it. I’ve signed up to a 10k obstacle race later on in the year so that’s something for me to work towards as well as my overall health. I’m planning to make use of the outdoors as much as I can this summer by going for runs, playing outdoor sports and doing HIIT workouts in the sun.
Progress my blog
I’ve fallen back in love with my blog and it’s inspired me to work really hard on it over the next year, especially this summer because I’m hoping to do lots of exciting things that I’ll be blogging about.
This might sound like the opposite of going out and making great memories but I get a lot of enjoyment out of reading so I want to dedicate more time to it this summer, especially in the evening when I’d normally watch tv or a film.
Have a bad-ass picnic
You’ll have to excuse my over-excitement but I LOVE picnics and for months now I’ve been planning a really cool, over-the-top picnic so I’m ridiculously excited to do that when we’ve got some nice weather.
Sort out my wardrobe
My wardrobe is just a mess right now, most of my clothes are old and haven’t been worn in a very long time so I need to have a really thorough clean out and start slowing building up my wardrobe with new pieces. It’s going to take me a long time because I’m saving up to buy a house at the moment but it’s something I want to start working on now.
