HIIT style Lower body workout

This HIIT style workout is designed to target your lower body (legs + bum) while burning fat at the same time! If you’ve read my other HIIT workout posts you’ll know the drill, work at your own pace and try to just rest for 30 seconds – 1 minute between circuits.

Now onto the fun bit!

Circuit One

1 min – Jumping jacks

1 min – Squats

2 mins – Jog in place

1 min – Sumo squats

 

Circuit Two

1 min – Squat jumps

1 min – Left side lunges

2 mins – Jog in place

1 min – Right side lunges

 

Circuit Three

1 min – Jumping jacks

1 min – Forward lunges

2 mins – Jog in place

1 min – Backward lunges

 

Circuit Four

1 min – Squat jumps

1 min – Wall sit

2 mins – Jog in place

1 min – Deeper wall sit
